The Volant black Element Armor pre-filter for filter numbers 5111, 5119 and 5150 slips over the primary round element to protect it from heavy dust and moisture. Treated with a hydrophobic coating, the pre-filter repels water and filters fine particles without noticeably restricting airflow. This slip-on pre-filter is targeted at off-road and severe-duty driving to extend maintenance intervals and preserve filtration performance.
