The Sinister Diesel intake elbow and cold-side charge pipe kit for 2003–2007 Ford Powerstroke 6.0L connects the intercooler to the intake manifold with larger 3" CNC-mandrel bent tubing. Constructed from 6061 aluminum, TIG-welded and powdercoated Sinister Blue, the kit uses 4-ply silicone boots rated to 400 psi and stainless spring clamps. It ships with silicone boots, clamps, an intake elbow O-ring, and installation hardware for a complete replacement.
