The Safari ARMAX snorkel relocates the engine air intake to a higher position to supply cooler, cleaner air and protect against dust and water intrusion. Vehicle-specific for Ford Ranger PX1/PX2 diesel models from August 2011 onward, the snorkel is molded from UV-stable cross-linked polyethylene and features high-flow ducting and sealing to help maintain engine air supply under adverse conditions. It is intended as an air intake protection upgrade for off-road use.
