This Rugged Ridge front skid plate is custom-shaped to protect steering components on 2007–2016 Jeep Wranglers. Formed from 1/4-inch powder-coated steel with E-coating and reinforced with gussets and welded brackets, it shields steering parts including the electronic sway bar disconnect found on Rubicon models. The frame-mount design fits with factory or Rugged Ridge bumpers; grinding or drilling may be required for some installations.
