The Omix drum brake shoe anchor cam fits front or rear drum brakes on vintage Jeep and Willys models. It fits 1941–1945 MB/GPW, 1945–1949 CJ2A, 1948–1953 CJ3A and 1950–1952 M38 applications. Sold individually (two required per drum) and replaces OE 637900. Metal construction meets OE fit standards for secure shoe adjustment and reliable braking function.
