The Wehrli fabricated aluminum coolant tank kit for 2004.5–2007 5.9L Cummins replaces the aged plastic reservoir with a powder‑coated aluminum tank that mounts in the OEM location using factory mounting points. It includes a black anodized billet cap, billet coolant level sight glass and installation hardware. Installs with basic hand tools and fits stock trucks; not compatible with 2003 or early 2004 models.
