The BD Diesel cooler bypass delete for 2019–2023 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 models with the 8L90 transmission removes the factory bypass valve to ensure continuous flow through the transmission cooler. Debris can jam the stock bypass and force recirculation; this delete restores full cooler operation to help control transmission temperature. The kit includes new seals and a magnetic service plug.
