The ARB Air Locker differential for Dana 44 performance applications uses a 1.50 in. shaft with 35 splines and suits 3.92-and-up gear ratios. Its pneumatically activated locking mechanism provides immediate, strong axle lock for maximum traction and returns to open differential behavior when released to preserve drivability. Kit contents include the Air Locker unit, activation switch, solenoid valve, air line and bulkhead fitting; compressor is sold separately.
