This one-piece UMI driveshaft safety loop is NHRA-legal and fits 1964–1972 GM A-body applications as either a bolt-in or weld-in installation. Built from 0.250" thick mild steel with CNC-machined mounting points and full MIG welds, the contoured loop bolts or welds into the reinforcement rib behind the transmission. New hardware and instructions are included; bolting requires drilling four floor pan holes.
