The Clutch Masters internal hydraulic release bearing replaces the conventional fork-and-bearing setup for BMW E36 and E46 5- and 6-speed transmissions, improving clutch engagement with more consistent pressure and a softer pedal feel. Fewer moving parts reduces drivetrain shock. The kit includes hydraulic-specific mounting hardware and is not compatible with the E46 M3 6-speed.
