The BD PressureLoc solenoid replacement is made for the Ford 6R140 transmission in 2011–2016 6.7L Ford applications to raise line pressure for heavier duty use. It allows the transmission to produce substantially higher apply pressure — reported around 250–300 psi — increasing clutch holding capacity to help prevent slippage and premature clutch wear. The unit installs without tuning and is offered with a parts warranty.
