The COMP Cams cam and lifter kit includes camshaft, lifters, assembly lube, decals and instructions and suits high-performance street/strip use. It requires about 9:1 compression, a 2500+ rpm stall converter and supporting intake, gears and headers. Expect a rough idle while the cam delivers stronger mid- and upper-rpm power when matched to appropriate induction and exhaust upgrades.
