The COMP Cams C43 280H-R10 camshaft kit is a complete cam swap package that supplies a camshaft, lifters, valve springs, retainers, valve locks, valve stem seals, timing chain set, assembly lube for flat tappet applications, decals and instructions. Intended for limited high-performance street duty, it prefers aftermarket intake and headers, a 2500+ rpm stall converter and 3.40–4.10 gears, and will produce a mild rough idle when optimized for top-end power.
