The Edelbrock Rollin' Thunder camshaft #2204 is for 283–400 Chevy engines from 1987 and later (non-LT1/Gen III). Tuned for stronger low-end and mid-range torque and smooth idle behavior, it pairs with Performer manifolds for use up to approximately 5500 rpm. The cam is supplied with installation guidance and should be used with a high-stall torque converter and stock-ratio rocker arms for proper operation.
