The Manley Turbo Tuff I-beam connecting rod set for Mitsubishi Evolution VIII/IX (2003-2006, 7-bolt 4G63T) is a forged high-strength rod package intended for high-power turbo applications. Rods are specified at 6.142 in center-to-center with a 1.890 in big-end bore and 0.8671 in pin bore (22mm), secured by 3/8" ARP 2000 bolts and listed with an approximate 1000+ HP capability. Available in forged 4340 or 300M vacuum-degassed steel alloys, the series offers multiple weight options and some SKUs carry NHRA legal certification.
