The Omix oil dipstick tube replaces the factory tube on a range of AMC V8-equipped Jeep models from 1972–1983, including CJ5, CJ6, Commando, J-Series trucks, Cherokee/Wagoneer SJ, CJ7 and CJ8 when fitted with 304 or 401 ci engines. Some tube modification may be necessary for proper fit. For dipstick use 17423.03 or the dipstick & tube set 17424.01. Limited 5-year warranty.
