The Fleece Performance Freedom Series cylinder head for 2001–2004 LB7 6.6L Duramax (passenger side) is an all-new aluminum casting with a cupless injector bore to eliminate installer-installed injector cups. Each head is assembled, pressure- and leak-tested, and fitted with new valves, guides, springs, and seals. Precision 45° multi-angle valve work is CNC-cut. Recommended head gaskets: GM 12637788 (right) and GM 12637785 (left).
