The Edelbrock Performer RPM Air-Gap intake manifold for Chevrolet 262–400 small-block V8s (1955–1986 applications) uses an open Air-Gap to keep runners cooler for a denser charge and more power. It accepts 1976-and-later alternator and A/C brackets, is finished in a durable black powder coat for protection and appearance, and is tuned for street-oriented high-performance. It does not provide exhaust-heated chokes or crossover and will not fit under a stock Corvette hood.
