The J&L Oil Separator 3.0 base kit (black anodized) separates oil vapors from crankcase vent air before they reach the intake. Milled from solid billet aluminum, it uses a fine mesh stainless screen and an aluminum honeycomb stage to coalesce vapors into liquid that drains to the knurled removable base. It holds about 3 oz and features an O-ring seal to help prevent leaks; drain every 2,000–3,000 miles.
