The J&L Oil Separator 3.0 (driver side, black anodized) is compatible with 1997–2013 Chevy/GM trucks and SUVs with 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L and 6.2L engines to reduce crankcase oil vapor entering the intake. Its solid billet construction contains a fine stainless mesh and aluminum honeycomb stage that forces oil into a removable 3 oz tank. Knurled base and O-ring seal allow straightforward, leak-free draining; service every 2,000–3,000 miles.
