JE Pistons Spiro Lock wrist pin retainers are carbon steel spiro locks sized 0.812" diameter with a 0.042" thickness, sold individually. Most JE pistons include double spiro locks; these install by spreading and rotating into the pin boss. Spiro locks are a simple retention method but are not reusable, unlike some wire or Tru‑Arc style locks described for lighter-duty applications.
