The JE Pistons piston ring set is an 8-cylinder file-fit pack with a 0.064" ductile iron plasma-moly top ring, a 0.064" ductile iron phosphate second ring and a 0.188" carbon-steel chrome oil ring. JE's rings aim to seal combustion pressure effectively while reducing internal friction and improving longevity. A suite of custom finishing services—lapping, back-cutting, dyke cutting and PVD coating—is available to match application requirements.
