The JE forged piston kit for Subaru EJ‑series STI applications is a four‑cylinder set cut for a 3.927 in. bore with a 9.50:1 compression ratio and an inverted dome/dish profile. Forged and machined in the USA from 2618 aluminum, the kit supplies wrist pins, locks and JE Pro Seal rings. JE’s Forged Side Relief minimizes skirt friction and weight; accumulator grooves and optional skirt coatings aid ring sealing and reduce wear in performance engines.
