JE Pistons forged eight‑cylinder piston kit for 400 SBC engines with a 1.062 compression height and 2.50cc crown volume. Made in the USA and built from 2618 aluminum where specified, the pistons employ JE’s Forged Side Relief (FSR) to trim skirt width and friction. Optional accumulator groove and skirt coating help control combustion pressure, reduce ring flutter and lower wear for consistent power in racing applications.
