The JE forged eight-cylinder piston kit for 454 big-block Chevrolet applications is tailored for blown or high-boost use with a heavy-duty flat-top profile. Forged from 2618 aluminum in the USA, these pistons fit a 4.610 in. bore with 1.270" pin sizing and a -3.0 cc volume. JE's FSR forging minimizes skirt friction and weight; accumulator groove and optional skirt coating improve ring seal and durability under boost.
