JE Pistons forged piston set for 5.4 3V Modular engines, specified at an 11:1 compression ratio and supplied as a full eight-piston kit. It features a 3.701 in bore and -12.8 cc piston volume tailored for that application. Forged from 2618 aluminum in the USA, the pistons use JE’s Forged Side Relief forging; accumulator grooves and skirt coatings where applicable improve ring seal, lower friction and increase resistance to high-temperature, high-load use.
