The DEI Heat Sheath GOLD 1 in x 36 in sleeving is a metalized polyimide-lined protective sleeve bonded to a 20 oz heat-treated glass fiber base that shields hoses, lines and wiring from radiant heat and abrasion. It reflects radiant heat up to 800°F while the base glass resists far higher temperatures. Cut to length and slide over lines for straightforward protection; do not apply directly to exhaust.
