The COMP Cams CNC spring seat is a hardened steel locator designed to protect the head and shim while centering and retaining valve springs under high RPM and heavy spring pressures. Its inboard locating shoulder provides accurate spring placement with minimal head machining. The 4711 seat features a 1.550" outer diameter and is intended for use with COMP 26095 valve springs in .570" OD guide applications.
