The COMP Cams locator spring seat is a hardened-steel valve spring seat that protects the head and shim while centering and retaining the spring with an inboard locating shoulder. The 4782-sized option features a 1.540" OD and .640" ID and is compatible with COMP dual springs such as 950, 26956, 26957, 26955, 999, 954, 26097, 26115 and 933 for correct spring placement in high-RPM engines.
