The Edelbrock retainers for 5712 valve springs were designed for the 350 Olds Performer RPM package and are supplied as a set of 16. These machined, heat-treated steel retainers feature a black oxide finish for rust protection, work with 11/32" valve stems and 7-degree locks, and pair with Edelbrock #5767 and #5845 valve springs to secure springs in performance-oriented builds.
