The WCFab 4" turbo down pipe is for 2004.5–2007 5.9L Cummins with a high-mount S400-style turbo on a 2nd-gen manifold and installs without cutting the factory exhaust. The upper flange measures 4.6" to mate with S400 housings, and the lower flange connects to the OEM v-band using the included 4" V-band clamp. It ships ceramic-coated, includes heat wrap with clamps, and is made in the USA.
