The HBX-1 heat-sink bung extender pulls a Bosch LSU wideband sensor about 1.1875" (30mm) out of the exhaust stream to reduce housing temperature while preserving exhaust flow to the sensing element. It’s intended for turbocharged, rotary and other high-heat installations where sensor timing errors or shortened life can occur. Precision-machined to lower applied temperature without impairing readings.
