The Gibson stainless performance header for 2004–2005 Dodge Ram 1500 SRT-10 (8.3L) uses 1-1/2" 16-gauge 409L stainless tubing and mandrel bends to enhance scavenging and exhaust flow. Dyno-tuned to boost usable low- and mid-range horsepower and torque, it installs as a direct replacement using the stock crossover pipe and OEM-style connections. Laser-cut port flanges and premium gaskets and hardware are included; no welding required.
