The Stainless Works long-tube headers for 2005–2008 C6 Corvette use 1-7/8" primaries flowing into a 3" center section and X-pipe with high-flow converters. CNC mandrel-bent 304 stainless tubing, 3/8" laser-cut flanges and full TIG welding ensure strength and flow. The kit includes O2 extensions, clamps and hardware and is designed to fit the factory axle-back connection for a bolt-on installation.
