The Vibrant manifold flange for 2005 and later VW 2.5L five‑cylinder applications is a laser-cut, 1/2 in. thick HRPO mild steel flange with exhaust ports sized for standard wall round tubing or Schedule 10 weld fittings. It works well with stainless Schedule 10 or Schedule 40 pipe; use 309L welding rod to mate 304 stainless to the steel flange. A one-year limited warranty applies.
