DEI Form-A-Shield is a 12 in x 21 in non-adhesive heat barrier panel formed from 10 mil dimpled aluminum bonded to a 1/4 in basalt mat. It withstands direct heat up to 1400°F+, is pliable to conform to exhaust manifolds, headers, turbo housings and downpipes, and resists oil and chemical spills. Fastening is by straps, clamps or DEI locking ties; adhesive is not included for hot surfaces.
