The UMI AC/heater box delete panel for 1978–1987 GM G‑Body removes the heater box and A/C unit from the engine bay to clear clutter and shed about 30 pounds. CNC machined from 0.125" aluminum plate, it ships as bare sanded aluminum with optional red or black powder coat for additional cost. Installation requires removal of the heater box but uses factory holes and hardware with no drilling required.
