This BD Diesel intercooler hose and clamp kit is built for 2001–2004 Chevy LB7 Duramax applications and includes turbo, intake and CAC connection boots plus heavy-duty spring-loaded clamps. Hoses use multiple plies of DuPont Nomex/aramid fiber with fluorosilicone elastomers to resist oily residues and are designed to meet multiple times their working pressure. Clamps maintain consistent force through heat cycles for modified turbo diesels.
