The Sinister Diesel intercooler charge pipe kit with intake elbow fits 2003–2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke engines and includes the intake elbow, hot- and cold-side intercooler pipes, silicone boots and stainless spring clamps for a complete charge-flow upgrade. Constructed from 6061 aluminum with CNC-mandrel bent 3" tubing and rated 4-ply silicone boots, it lowers intake restriction and improves airflow. Note: the hot-side pipe is not compatible with dual-alternator trucks; CARB EO applies to qualifying 2005–2007 models.
