The Sinister Diesel charge pipe kit for 2008–2010 Ford Powerstroke 6.4L replaces factory intercooler plumbing with larger 3" CNC mandrel‑bent tubing to increase airflow velocity and durability. Constructed from 6061 aluminum with TIG welds and finished in polished powder‑coat Sinister Blue, the kit includes four‑ply silicone boots rated to 400 psi and stainless steel spring clamps. Hardware package supplies hot and cold side pipes, silicone boots and clamps for a complete upgrade.
