The Wehrli one-piece 3" driver-side intercooler pipe for 2004.5–2010 Duramax (LLY/LBZ/LMM) replaces the OEM 2.5" part with a full 3" high-flow pipe and uses straight high-pressure boots rather than angled boots to reduce failures at the turbo. The upgraded single-piece design increases reliability under higher boost levels and installs with basic hand tools. Finished in custom powder coat with silicone boots and t-bolt clamps for a bolt-on replacement.
