The Wehrli one-piece 3" driver-side intercooler pipe for 2004.5–2010 Duramax (LLY/LBZ/LMM) replaces the restrictive 2.5" OEM part with a full 3" high-flow pipe and straight high-pressure boots to reduce the chance of boot failures at higher boost. The unit installs easily with basic tools, is finished in custom powder coat, and is supplied with silicone boots and stainless t-bolt clamps for improved durability and sealing under increased pressure.
