The WCFab 3.5" high-flow intake horn and driver-side intercooler pipe replace failure-prone 3" plastic OEM plumbing on 2003–2007 5.9L Cummins trucks, providing a heavy-duty 3.5" aluminum intercooler path. The CNC-machined flange includes two 1/8" NPT ports and an 8mm threaded port for wiring harness retention and boost reference. Supplied silicone boots, stainless T-bolt clamps, gasket and mounting hardware make this a bolt-on upgrade with no tuning required and up to 60% greater flow than stock.
