CSF's 25 x 12 x 3.5 in bar-and-plate intercooler core is rated for 1000 WHP and intended for custom high-performance intercoolers. Hand-built in a controlled environment, each core is batch-brazed, pressure tested at 120 psi, and features a multi-louvered staggered fin design for efficient heat transfer on both ambient and pressure sides. Cores are individually boxed for secure transport and ease of integration into fabricated end tanks.
