The CSF 27 x 6 x 3 vertical-flow bar-and-plate intercooler core is rated for 800 WHP and suited to custom high-boost intercooler builds. Each core is hand-built in a clean-room, batch-brazed and individually pressure-tested to 120 psi for reliability. A multi-louvered, high-precision staggered fin design improves heat transfer on both inlet and outlet sides, and straight, jig-built construction helps ensure easy welding into custom housings.
