The CSF 12 x 5 x 5 air-to-water bar-and-plate intercooler core is rated for 1000 WHP and intended for custom water-to-air charge cooling systems. Hand-built in a clean-room, batch-brazed and pressure-tested to 120 psi, each core uses a multi-louvered staggered fin design on both ambient and pressure faces for efficient heat transfer. Jig-built straightness simplifies welding and installation into bespoke intercooler housings.
