The CSF 8.5 x 6 x 6 air-to-water bar-and-plate intercooler core is rated for 1000 WHP and intended for compact custom charge cooling applications. Each core is hand-built, batch-brazed and pressure-tested to 120 psi for reliability under boost. A multi-louvered, high-precision staggered fin design increases heat transfer on both ambient and pressure sides, and jig-built straightness makes welding and integration into small water-to-air systems easier.
