The Injen FM1582i bar-and-plate front-mount intercooler is engineered for the Honda Civic Type R (FK8) 2.0L turbo and is a 100% direct bolt-on unit. It features a 25% increase in core volume, cast end tanks with CNC-machined flanges and precision TIG welding. Dyno-proven gains of up to 27 hp and 23 lb-ft of torque and intake temperature reductions around 30°F are reported; the kit is not CARB exempt at this time.
