The Mishimoto top-mount intercooler and charge-pipe system for 2015–2021 Subaru WRX is a direct-fit upgrade engineered to reduce intake temperatures and resist heat soak. It uses cast aluminum end tanks TIG-welded to a dense bar-and-plate core (4" thick, 625 in³), and includes a one-piece charge pipe, hoses and an air splitter; testing showed a 35°F drop and measured gains on a Stage 2 setup.
