The KraftWerks / Rotrex C38-81 supercharger head unit is a medium-range Rotrex capable of supporting up to 600 hp on engines roughly between 2.4–6.0L. It uses the patented Rotrex planetary traction drive with a 7.5:1 drive ratio, achieves impeller speeds up to 90,000 RPM and features a self-contained oiling system. The package is supplied as the Rotrex C38-81 supercharger head unit for custom forced-induction builds.
